The Georgia Bulldogs boasted one of the most NFL-ready teams in the nation in 2012. Offensively, coach Mark Richt’s squad returns almost everyone from one of the nation’s most explosive units.

However, the program lost a number of defensive stars, such as Jarvis Jones, Alec Ogletree and Shawn Williams to the pros. Richt and his staff — not to mention the legions of members of Dawgs Nation — were looking to find some elite replacements at the high school level.

While the squad failed to bring any five-star recruits to Athens, the incoming 2013 recruiting class is comprised of a whopping 32 total commits. Twenty of them are four-star guys, including safety Trey Matthews, who is expected to make an immediate impact in the SEC. Tim Kimbrough is also a hard-hitting linebacker who should make a name for himself at Georgia.

There are five total members of the ESPN150 and 14 within the ESPN300 rankings.

So, what do you think? Are you impressed by Richt’s haul, or do you think he and his staff could have even done better?

It’s time to have your voice heard, Dawgs Nation, and give your program’s recruiting class a grade.

What grade would you give the incoming 2013 recruiting class?
