2013 Ole Miss Rebels football recruiting – National Signing Day

The Ole Miss football program has won games in its past, but almost entirely on the strength of an arm of a Manning. Whether it be father Archie back in the day or son Eli more recently, the Rebels had struggled to maintain their winning ways once both left for bigger and better things in the NFL.
In just his first season running the once-downtrodden program, coach Hugh Freeze is changing all that. Freeze took over a program that had gone 2-10 in ousted coach Houston Nutt’s final season and promptly finished with seven wins and a bowl game victory. Now, he has put together one of the best recruiting classes in the history of the school. Both ESPN and Rivals had this team slotted at No. 12, but that was before a massive crown jewel out there put on the correct hat.

No. 1-overall recruit Robert Nkemdiche decide to join his brother, Denzel, in Oxford, thus catapulting Freeze’s class into the top 10.
We are spending all day on Wednesday, Feb. 6 tracking each and every one of Ole Miss’ recruits. We will provide regular updates throughout the day as to who has signed, who is going to sign, and who is unfortunately going to sign somewhere else.
Note: The list will be updated at the top of every hour.
Current number of total commits: 27
Breakdown: Three five-stars, nine four-stars, 15 three-stars, zero others
