Ben Hill Griffin Stadium Undergoing More Renovations (Photos) – Update

Ben Hill Griffin Stadium is currently undergoing somewhat of a facelift for the upcoming college football season. First we showed you the renderings of the west concourse renovations, now check out the new lettering style for the famous “This is…The Swamp” quote painted inside the stadium.

What do you think Gator Nation, are the new letters a nice addition or should they have kept the old school style?

  It’s a Nike proprietary font. They give us enough money…that’s why we changed the end zones before.

Why the …”THIS IS”? why not “THE SWAMP” “This Is Gator Country” had a place in time and a recognized slogan in the 70s
