Breaking: Arkansas to hire Wisconsin’s Bret Bielema

In what is a shock to nearly everyone in the college football world, Arkansas has reportedly hired Wisconsin head coach Bret Bielema.
Bielema played at the University of Iowa and actually has a Hawkeyes tattoo, but he was tabbed as the successor to Badgers legend Barry Alvarez and has enjoyed an eclectic mix of success over his seven seasons at the helm.
With an overall record of 68-24, Bielema has led his Badgers to their third consecutive appearance in the Rose Bowl, a first for any Big Ten team since the 1970′s. However, his program also becomes the first in the history of the Grandaddy of ‘Em All to enter the game with five losses following an improbable blowout win over Nebraska in the Big Ten Championship Game.
Head coach Bobby Petrino crashed his motorcycle with his mistress on the backseat and was fired by Arkansas before the season began.
Under interim coach John L. Smith, the Razorbacks went 4-8 in 2012.
