Cam Newton kicks Oakland Raiders player in face while on ground [Video]

| December 23, 2012 at 11:12 pm | 4 Comments

Cam Newton continues to find ways to keep it classy.

During Sunday’s game against the Oakland Raiders, the Panthers QB was taken to the ground. What would any normal player do after being dog-piled on top of? Why wait for the players on top of him to get off.

Not Cam Newton. No, he kicks like a five year old child, right to the face.

Somehow, someway, Newton remained in the game. It’ll be interesting to see whether or not he will be fined for his actions.

Newton made the following statement after the game:

“I was trying to get up. I was trying to get up,” Newton said. “Nothing good happens when you’re at the bottom of a pile. With me looking at the replay I realize it looked like I kicked him. But I was just trying to get up as fast as I could and get to the next play. He fell a certain type of way, then he put his hands in my face.”

What do you think Gamedayr Nation? Was Newton simply trying to get up, or was he pulling a Newton?

Yes he did kick him & yes part of the kick was to the helmet…. And for the record it was 4th down… So unless Cam is on the punting squad he was not getting up as fast as he could for the next play..

Hahahah he “slammed his knee into the ground” how idiotic and delusional are you?

The Oakland guy holds onto his leg longer than Newton wanted him to, and so he kicks him in the face. Newton is a child, and it’s pathetic the league does not penalize their ‘stars’ the way they penalize normal players. Newton is overrated.
