Charleston Cheese Dip

This hot dip offers a delicious blend of cheeses, green onions, Ritz crackers and bacon. It’s a little bit spicy and a whole lot of cheesy, sure to please the whole crowd.

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 8

Ingredients
  • 1/2 – cup mayonnaise
  • 1 – 8oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 – cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 – cup grated Monterey jack cheese
  • 2 – green onions, finely chopped
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • 8 – Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 8 – slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey jack cheese, green onions and cayenne pepper; Mix until well blended.
  3. Transfer mixture to a shallow 9 X 9 inch baking dish.
  4. Top mixture with cracker crumbs and bake for 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  5. Remove baking dish from oven and top with bacon.
  6. Serve hot with additional Ritz crackers.
