In a stunning reversal, Chip Kelly chose to leave the Oregon football program he had built into a national powerhouse in order to jump into the NFL.

On Thursday, he was introduced as the new head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles. This is his first press conference. He wanted to make sure fans of his new franchise understood that he always wanted to coach in Philly, but that his loyalties to Oregon made the decision extremely tough.
