Did you check your calendars, sports fans? Yes, the Madness has officially descended upon the college basketball universe, and it announced its presence in a Saturday frenzy of big-time blowouts, monumental upsets, and, of course, a quintet of buzzer-beaters that affected the Bracket-busting landscape from coast to coast.

Check out five insane buzzer-beaters from a day of March basketball that truly was totally mad.
