Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cabbage, with carrot mix (pre-packaged coleslaw mix)
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 2 medium apples, cored and coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup dried pineapple
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 6 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients; toss until well combined.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine yogurt and nutmeg to make the dressing.
- Pour dressing over coleslaw mixture; toss to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least on hour; serve chilled.
