Literally BIG news for head coach Will Muschamp and the Florida Gators. According to Pat Dooley of the Gainesville Sun, Dominique Easley will return to the Orange ‘n Blue for his senior season.
Junior defensive tackle Dominique Easley, who said at the Sugar Bowl he would have a decision to make concerning the NFL, has told coaches he plans to stay at UF.
The Gators will be rotating in a plethora of four- and five-star run stuffers along the defensive line, and the return of Easley and Ronald Powell is icing on top of the cake.
Talk about not missing a beat. Should Florida remain healthy, the defense could potentially be even better than last year, although it will be hard to replace star safety Matt Elam.
