Jim Boeheim hates Andy Katz, calls him an “idiot” and “disloyal”

Well, if we learned anything on Wednesday night, it’s the fact that legendary Syracuse head coach Jim Boeheim REALLY dislikes ESPN college basketball analyst/reporter Andy Katz.

Cuse was upset by UConn, 66-58, in the last meeting between the two teams as Big East rivals; Syracuse is headed to the ACC next season.

During the post-game press conference, Katz asked a question, which was a big mistake on his part. Boeheim responded with “I’ll answer anybody’s question except yours, because you’re an idiot and really a disloyal person.”

Yup Andy, you burnt a bridge somewhere along the way big guy.

According to The Big Lead, Boeheim told Katz off-the-record information about James Southerland’s suspension and ESPN’s finest decided to go ahead and report it.

Smooth move.
