The NCAA took another hit on Monday when Judge Claudia Wilken issued her ruling, rejecting the NCAA’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit on TV revenue and the rights of NCAA athletes to be compensated for that generated revenue. The lawsuit is being led by former UCLA star Ed O’Bannon.
