In the first five minutes of the Falcons-49ers NFC Championship game, quarterback Matt Ryan hit Julio Jones for a massive touchdown pass. That first one was fun and all, but too easy.
Well, much to the chagrin of the Niners, Jones was up to the challenge on this, his second touchdown reception of the game. Ryan pump faked to neutralize the safety, providing Jones with one-on-one coverage on the outside. Ryan knows merely one man cannot cover Mr. Jones, so he lofted it towards the corner of the end zone.
One unbelievable, tight-rope-walking catch later, and Atlanta fans were once again celebrating.
