Kevin Garnett is “playing in last All-Star game”, did he just announce his retirement?

Could it be the end of an era for one of the greatest players in NBA history?
If you read between the lines of Kevin Garnett’s comments following the Celtics win over the Bulls it most definitely sounds like the 36-year old is ready to hang them up.
Rumors have been swirling that the Celtics could be looking to trade Garnett, so this could also just be in response to those.
We won’t know until we know (was there ever a more true statement than that?).
Here’s the exchange between KG and the media, make of it what you will:
KG: “All Star Game for me at least is a chance to interact with everybody. For it being my last, I got some family coming down. You know me, I’m all about the rest. I’m all about the family. That’s what I plan on doing.”
Reporter: Will this be your last All-Star Game?”
KG: “This is definitely my last All-Star Game.”
Reporter: “Why do you say that it will be your last All-Star Game?”
KG:”Why not?”
Reporter: “Because you have two years left on your contract.”
KG: “Ya’ll don’t know what I know.”
