Baseball legend turned fishing myth? Nope, Mike Trout is both a legend on the diamond and on the ocean.

A fisherman could go out every day of his or her life and never hook themselves a fish this big. A fantastic day of fishing indeed, the extremely young Mike Trout made his first year of baseball look easy; now it simply looks like everything he touches turns to gold.

Well, fishing gold that is.

Would it be even cooler if the Trout family had taken a vacation to Key West and caught themselves a 550-pound trout?

Of course, but we’re sure they’re totally fine with a 550-pound Goliath grouper.
