Could new unis be in the work for the Florida Gators? Well, nothing is official yet, but if this tweet — pointed out by the fine folks over at AlligatorArmy.com — from 2013 recruit Roderick Johnson is any indication, the Gators could be receiving some new threads for next season.

The change is very subtle to the average eye, but if you take a close look you will notice the difference in the block lettering, as well as new Nike design technology that was only present in NFL uniforms this past season.

Take a look at last year’s uniforms and you’ll notice skinnier lettering and a much more prominent orange stroke on the letters.
