Well, here it is boys and girls, the rumored new logo for the Oregon State Beavers.
As you can see, it looks like, well, something. For one thing, it’s a lot more orange and a lot less brown than logos of the past.
And it’s got some teeth — some really, really big and really, really bright teeth.
Simply for comparison’s sake, let’s take a look at the current Beavers logo.

Seriously, bigger teeth and less menacing?
Not sure about this one, Beavers. It is stealthy, and Nike-designed, so the school could be making a run at in-state rival Oregon’s monopoly on “cool logo and uniform designs”.
But it just doesn’t hold a candle to the Smiling Beaver of the ’70s and ’80s.
