Are you tired of the University of Illinois symbol? Apparently the University is as well. So much so that they are holding a student submission contest to come up with the new symbol.
A total of 46 symbols were submitted, and now students can vote on their favorite at vote.illinois.edu.
Voting will be open from Jan. 30 to Feb. 1.
Once the votes are tallied, the top five designs will then go before the Campus Spirit Revival who will decide on whether or not they are viable options for the new University symbol.
Following are a handful of the designs submitted.
