Could this be the first look at alternate North Carolina helmets for the 2013 season? According to Reddit user saintheels, these are the helmets that’ll be worn during the October 17, Thursday night game against Miami.
Whether or not they are official, we will have to wait and see. The photo below was recently tweeted by Tar Heels tight end Eric Ebron (via no2minutewarning.com) indicating a black-out of the Tar Pit for the Miami game.
For now it’s just speculation, but would you like to see the Tar Heels in all-black uniforms in 2013? Sound off in the comments below!
