At 6-foot-6, more than 250 pounds, and fast as all get out, South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney is a force to be reckoned with on the football field.
He showed that against Michigan in the Outback Bowl, absolutely crushing running back Vincent Smith, not only knocking the ball loose but sending Smith’s helmet flying in the process.

So monumental was the crushing blow that Clowney’s Wikipedia page claims the star lineman actually destroyed the entire state of Michigan, leaving only 49 states in our great country. It also claims that the hit was so violent that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, in the interest of player safety of course, has suspended Clowney for the first game of his career.
Wikipedia’s been holding fundraisers recently, but maybe they should step up their efforts — another editor or two might not hurt.
