This Saturday, UFC welterweight fighter Nick Diaz will take on champion Georges St-Pierre for a shot at the title. GSP has long been considered one of the top fighters in history, but Diaz might just claim the title to top speed bag puncher in the world.

This video of Diaz punching the bag for 23 minutes is as mesmerizing as it is impressive.
