The Boston Red Sox have really been enjoying themselves since dispatching the St. Louis Cardinals to win the 2013 World Series – the franchise’s third in the last 10 years. On Saturday, all of Boston was captivated by a victory parade that was carried out by both land and water.
A day later, the Sox were in Foxboro for the New England Patriots’ home showdown against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
They and their beards were introduced to thunderous applause prior to kickoff.
Pitcher Jon Lester was with owner Robert Kraft, serving as honorary team captain for the game.

They all also scored a swag bag from the Pats, who know a thing or two about treating champions right.
