VIDEO: Sporting KC’s Dom Dwyer Scores Goal And Promptly Takes A Selfie

TOPICS:
, ,

Dom Dwyer of MLS’s Sporting Kansas City scored an awesome goal today in the 33rd minute of their match against the Chicago Fire. His goal gave his team the early lead but they ultimately ended up with a draw.

After his go ahead goal, Dom Dwyer channeled his inner Terrell Owens as he tracked down a stadium worker and asked for their phone. He proceeded to go stand in front of some fans and take a selfie along with Soony Saad.

While most people were humored by the selfie, the referee was not and booked Dwyer with a yellow card.

Party pooper.

Note: Graham Zusi entered the game in the middle of the second half to a nice ovation. He picked up his teams pace but ultimately they had to settle for the draw.
