Now that he has his $100 million contract, Tampa Bay Rays star Evan Longoria is setting down more permanent roots in the area. The third baseman recently shelled out $1.485 million for this beautiful, waterfront St. Petersburg mansion, according to Realtor.com.
The 3,416 square foot home is located in the exclusive Venetian Isles community and features 132 feet of private waterfront and seawall, as well as a dock and davits. Not bad at all.
The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as a media room, second-floor balcony and vaulted foyer. The back exterior features an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, pool, spa and, of course, the gulf.
We reiterate: Not bad at all, Mr. Longoria.
