Stop the presses! Johnny Manziel was spotted rolling up bills in a Las Vegas bathroom, and the Twitter reactions are … rather blasé. Apparently there are other people out there who also believe Manziel is so self-aware that he may be pulling some Andy Kaufman-esque charades on the entire sports blogosphere.
