St. Louis Rams quarterback Sam Bradford left last night’s game against the Cleveland Browns after twisting his knee awkwardly. The same knee he had surgically repaired after tearing his ACL last season. After heading to the locker room on his own, there were conflicting reports on the injury’s severity. By this morning, it was feared that he may have torn that same ACL again.
According to Chris Mortensen, those fears have come to fruition and Bradford will miss the entire 2014 season.

Also, this is an interestingly sad fact, per Evan Silva.
Sam Bradford will enter 2015 having missed 31 of 80 games possible in his NFL career, and coming off back-to-back left ACL tears.
