Teddy Bridgewater Fulfills Lifelong Promise To Mom With Pink Cadillac

Thank you Cadillac and Spike Lee for finally bringing the world some positive Teddy Bridgewater news.

In the third grade Bridgewater made a promise to his mom that when his NFL dream came true he’d “buy her a pink Escalade truck.” He chose the color because his mom’s battle with breast cancer.

With the draft only days away and Bridgewater projected to be taken in the top two rounds, it’s safe to say that he’ll be suiting up in the big leagues real soon. Knowing that, he fulfilled his lifelong promise to his mom by surprising her with a beautiful new car.

If you have seven minutes to spare, sit back and enjoy this fantastic documentary on Bridgewater. It’s refreshing to see some good news on the former Louisville quarterback.

Bridgewater and his mom also stopped by “Good Morning America” on Tuesday morning to talk about the surprise.
