The story centers on a young lady named Haley Burke who is battling Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and how her wish to meet Tebow was carried out (and then some) by the athlete/media personality/humanitarian.

Not only did Burke get to meet Tebow, but her family was flown out to Arizona and put up in a presidential suite, she was given a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon, threw out the first pitch of a Diamondbacks game, spent a training session with the QB, and even received a special dinner surprise.
Below is a video recap of the event (grab a box of tissues).
The Tim Tebow Foundation’s mission statement reads as following:
To bring Faith, Hope and Love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need. The Foundation utilizes the public platform that God has blessed Tim Tebow with to inspire and make a difference in peoples lives throughout the world.
