Washington State player arrested for stealing food from Wal-mart

A case of the munchies, and a light wallet, landed Washington State defensive tackle Austin Brown in hot water with the police. Brown allegedly stole over $50 worth of groceries from a Pullman Wal-mart.

According to The Daily Evergreen, Brown was caught on camera leaving the store without paying for his items, at which time police were alerted. Among the stolen goods were a couple gallons of milk, frozen corn dogs, some potato chips and frozen strudels. Quite the murderer’s row of late-night snack food.

Police cited Brown for third-degree theft. According to College Football Talk, Brown may face dismissal from the team, as stealing is one of coach Mike Leach’s unforgivable sins.
