TMZ uncorked a monster when it released audio of what appears to be Donald Sterling giving a racially charged tirade. What was supposed to be a beautiful spring day filled with playoff basketball was immediately hijacked by the Clippers’ scuzzy slumlord owner. Sterling trended on Twitter for nearly the entire day, and hashtags such as #BoycottClippers cropped up – he had provoked a predictably strong reaction from the Twitterverse.
