Video: Michigan State students burn town down celebrating Big Ten title

As the final seconds ticked off the Big Ten Championship Game clock in Indianapolis, the party was on in East Lansing, Michigan.

Thousands of students took to the streets to celebrate the Spartans’ 34-24 win over the favored Ohio State Buckeyes.

Here’s video of the insane party in the Cedar Village apartment neighborhood, where students were burning couches, among other things.

With the win, Sparty is headed to Pasadena for the 2014 BCS Rose Bowl, while the Buckeyes will be watching the national championship game from home.
