A water main located on Sunset Blvd burst on Tuesday and completely flooded UCLA’s campus. It was a wild scene that turned stairs into waterfalls and facilities into ponds.

With news cameras fixed in, one man decided to seize the day on air. His alias was Louis Slungpue, and he told an ABC 7 news anchor that the problem stemmed from either a “huge dump” or cherry bomb.

Here’s video of Slungpue pranking the station by pretending to be a DWP spokesperson.
