Manny Pacquiao-Timothy Bradley 2: Odds And Betting Preview

Manny Pacquiao looks to conquer some demons on April 12, when he fights Timothy Bradley in a rematch of their controversial 2012 bout. In their first fight, Pac-Man dropped his title in what was his first loss in over seven years.

That match ended in a split decision favoring Bradley. Bucking a long-standing belief of “you’ve gotta beat the champ to be the champ,” Bradley was awarded the bout and the belt. After near-unanimous criticism from the media and members of the boxing community, the WBO turned to an independent review board. The committee ultimately ruled that judges had erred, and Pacquiao was erroneously defeated.

Since that match, Pacqiuao has only fought twice – winning a fight and losing one. Possibly over the hill and probably past his prime, he still enters the mach as a favorite. Bradley says the only way he will lose this rematch is if he’s knocked out. Considering the unpredictability of judges, the best boxing odds in this one are to wager on how many rounds it goes.
