- 1 cup Corn Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Box of Jiffy Cornbread
- 1 Small Can Yellow Cream Corn
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. In a large bowl mix all ingredients thoroughly.
3. Grease an 8×8 pan and pour mixture into pan.
4. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes, to check use a tooth pick and place into center of cornbread, if the toothpick comes out clean the cornbread is done.
