Cheesy Shredded Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 32 oz Shredded Potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 8 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Stick of Melted Butter
  • 1 cup Corn Flakes

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl mix onion, soup, sour cream, and 1/2 stick of melted butter.
  3. In a greased baking pan spread potatoes on bottom and spread mixture in bowl over top of potatoes.
  4. Spread cornflakes on top of mixture and drizzle the remaining 1/2 stick of butter over top.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
