- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 12 oz salsa
- A handful of chopped cilantro (optional)
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients.
- Stir frequently, until cheeses are melted and dip is heated through.
- Serve hot, with tortilla chips.
