  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 12 oz  salsa
  • A handful of chopped cilantro (optional)
  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients.
  2. Stir frequently, until cheeses are melted and dip is heated through.
  3. Serve hot, with tortilla chips.
