Come opening day 2017, the Atlanta Braves will move from their longtime home in Downtown Atlanta (currently at The Ted, before that at The Launching Pad) northwards to Cobb County. Today the team released a first look at renderings of its new OTP stadium, and unsurprisingly, they’re impressive.
The new ballpark will have a vibrant assortment of shops, bars, restaurants, condominiums and hotels. It will purportedly be a place in which fans can work, live and play. Suffice to say, it’s a stark contrast to the urban wasteland in which Turner Field currently sits.
Below are a few renderings of the Braves’ new complex.
