Spring has sprung, and April is here, which means it’s time to gear up for the PGA’s most prestigious tournament: The Masters. With the announcement that Tiger Woods will not be playing Augusta National for the first time in 20 years, the 2014 field just got a little more wide open. Though Woods hasn’t won a major since 2008, his past dominance at the course, and his long driving ability make him a perennial favorite.
Without Woods in the field, people looking to bet on The Masters may be a little more reticent to select a clear-cut winner. However, there are plenty of prop bets that have better odds, as well as good payouts.
