Sunday afternoon brings Game 2 of the 2014 NBA Finals and, if anything like Game 1, it should be a doozy. Game 1 saw a flurrying pace, with San Antonio using its deft passing to match Miami’s much ballyhooed athleticism. Ultimately the Spurs were too much for the Heat.
In customary fashion, the story lines following the game were less about San Antonio and more about LeBron James cramping and the AT&T Center’s defective air conditioning. Miami looked like a panicked team after James left the court, and the Spurs veterans (most notably a hot shooting Danny Green) capitalized.
Below is a preview of the upcoming second game and a look at some NBA Finals odds, as Miami looks to even the series.
