The Montreal Canadiens and Boston Bruins are set to square off in the NHL Playoffs, and one store in Canada has started boycotting the word “Boston.” The shelves may be stacked with Samuel Adams, but it’s no longer Boston Lager. The store has instead slapped a sticker over the word “Boston” to turn the beer into Canadiens Lager.

No pressure, Boston. America didn’t just get castrated in the Sochi Olympics by Canada or anything. While this isn’t a Team USA vs. Canada battle, we are treating it as a defacto one. That’s the only option after seeing Canada deface a great American beer.
