Todd McShay’s Final NFL Mock Draft For 2014: Johnny Cowboy Is Born

Happy Draft Day! With mere hours until the festivities, ESPN Insider Todd McShay’s final NFL Mock Draft for 2014 is in. The immediate eye-popper is Johnny Manziel’s draft position. Like fellow analyst Mike Mayock, McShay has Manziel staying deep in the heart of Texas, only he slides down to No. 16 with Dallas.

McShay’s mock has quite the shakeup. Three quarterbacks go in the first round, though the first taken is Blake Bortles to Tennessee at No. 11 (Teddy Bridgewater goes to the Browns with Cleveland’s 26th pick). Mike Evans, who has long been slated for Tampa, gets scooped up early by the Raiders at No. 5, leaving the Bucs with defensive tackle Aaron Donald.

Below is the complete lineup of McShay’s first round NFL Mock Draft. For his reasoning behind each selection, click here.
