Why have one deck when you can have two?

Why have one deck when you can have two? The Lane Family pondered this same question when they decided to convert a yellow school bus into a Texas A&M tradition. After encountering a converted tailgate bus at a rival school in 2005, the Lane\'s decided that Aggie gamedays needed something similar. What they turned out is one of the most impressive tailgate rigs we have ever come across: Bus 12.

In just four months the yellow school bus was turned into a tricked out, double decker tailgate masterpiece. Bus 12 is equipped with an observation deck on top, a covered patio beneath the observation deck on the back of the bus, full custom interior, three HD flat screen TV\'s, a sound system that rivals any stadiums, a custom Aggie paint job, and a mobile satellite system. If that wasn\'t enough, the custom interior includes bleacher seating, and field turf to match Kyle Field\'s (Texas A&M\'s football stadium).

The Lane Family had a vision to create a tailgating machine that would exude the Aggie Spirit. They wanted a center piece for which all Aggie fans could gather around. In it\'s short time in existence Bus 12 has quickly become a Texas A&M icon and tradition. All fans, students, alumni, visitors, and even opposing team\'s fans are invited to stop by and join in on the tailgate tradition. It is now a key piece in Texas A&M\'s \"Midnight Yell Practice,\" and is driven around campus each week before the Midnight Yell to encourage the Aggie Spirit.
