Jill Savage: Meet The Pac-12 Network Sideline Reporter

Jill Savage is making another round with the Pac-12 Network for the 2014 season. This year she’ll join Ashley Adamson and Drea Avent as the network’s sideline reporters. In addition to her time with the Pac-12, Savage has also worked with Campus Insiders at the University of Oregon, Oregon IMG Sports Network, Comcast SportsNet North, as well as other platforms.

Prior to making her way out west, Savage grew up in Iowa and attended the University of Iowa.

Also in 2013-2014, Jill covered the Junior Hockey Championships in Malmo, Sweden for NHL Network, as well as covered the Super Bowl for USA Today Sports Media Group.

As she has done since 2010, Jill will again host the radio show “Duck Insider” for the Oregon IMG Sports Network, which includes a coach’s show with Oregon Head Football Coach, Mark Helfrich.

Jill Savage joined the Oregon IMG Sports Network in 2010. During her time at Oregon IMG Sports Network, Jill has  hosted a daily radio show on 95.3 The Score which also simulcasted on the Oregon Athletics website. She also hosted  “Oregon Football with Chip Kelly” and “Countdown to Kickoff: Oregon Football Live”, while also roaming the sidelines as a reporter for Oregon basketball games and Track & Field events.

Jill formerly worked for Comcast SportsNet Northwest as a television reporter/analyst covering the Portland Trail Blazers, the NFL, and college athletics on “The Fan” and “Talkin’ Ball.” One of her favorite experiences with the network was covering “Eugene ‘08”, the Olympic track and field trials in Track Town, USA.
