Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados – peeled, pitted and cut into chunks
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 4oz cream cheese
- 4oz goat cheese
- tortilla chips

Directions
1. In a medium bowl, combine: avocados, garlic, cumin and salt.
2. Using an electric hand mixer, blend ingredients together.
3. Add lime juice, cream cheese and goat cheese, pulsing until smooth and blended well.
4. Add a bit more salt, if necessary.
5. Refrigerate until serving; serve cold with tortilla chips.
