Ingredients
- 4 tbs unsalted butter
- 1 large bell pepper, seeded and diced
- ¾ cup sliced okra pods
- 2 ribs celery, diced
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1½ tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1½ lbs large shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- crackers, for serving

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter.
- Add bell pepper, okra, and celery to pan; sauté until softened, about 6 minutes.
- Stir in the green onions, garlic, and Cajun seasoning; cook 1 minute more, just until fragrant.
- Stir in the shrimp, cream cheese, and Parmesan.
- Stir over low heat until the cream cheese is melted and everything is evenly mixed.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with crackers or toasted crostinis.
