- 16 oz sour cream
- 16 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced scallions
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; stir until well blended.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
- Garnish with extra shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped chives.
