“Manti” Mai Tai

This cool concoction is named for Manti Te’o, because it’s strong and intense just like the Notre Dame linebacker. This recipes makes enough for a crowd, so feel free to share!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups light rum
  • 1 cup dark rum
  • 1 cup 151 proof rum
  • 1 cup orange curaçao
  • 1 cup almond flavored syrup
  • 1 cup simple syrup
  • 10 limes, juice
  • 1/2 gallon fresh orange juice
Directions
  1. In a large drink cooler combine: rums, curaçao, almond syrup, simple syrup, and lime juice; stir until well combined.
  2. Stir in orange juice.
  3. Serve over ice,  in 8 ounce glasses.
  4. Garnish with pineapple slices, if desired.
