Reuben Dip

Everything you love about an authentic reuben sandwich, baked into a tasty warm dip.

    Recipe Stats

    Total Time: 35 minutes

    Prep Time: 5 minutes

    Cook Time: 30 minutes

    Servings: 8

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound diced corned beef
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
Directions
    1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingreadients; mix well.
    2. Place mixture in a greased, 1 quart baking dish.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until browned and bubbly.
    4. Serve warm, with Cocktail Rye Bread or crackers.
