Coach Bill Self’s Kansas squad won the Big 12 Tournament Championship for the umpteenth time en route to the top seed in the South Region. Selection Sunday was very good to the Jayhawks, but not so much for the second-seed in this bracket, Georgetown.

The Hoyas’ hopes of earning a No. 1-seed were dashed when they got slotted behind Rock Chalk, but obviously they can prove their might with a big run through the Dance.
