Indianapolis Colts rookie sensation Andrew Luck was revelation throughout the regular season, leading his franchise from the depths of the league in 2011 to a playoff berth in 2012.

This in spite of the fact that his coach, Chuck Pagano, missed the vast majority of the season battling and eventually surviving leukemia.

However, in losing to the Baltimore Colts in a playoff showdown in Sunday afternoon, Luck stumbled right from the get-go and made several rookie mistakes.

His final stats on the evening exemplify the type of inconsistent outing he suffered in the Colts’ 24-9 loss: 28-of-54 passing for 288 yards, no touchdowns, and one interception. His quarterback rating was a less-than-stellar 27.2 on the afternoon.

That said, the reason Colts fans have fallen in love with Luck so quickly after losing a living legend in Payton Manning is the fact that Luck literally will not give up until the final whistle is blown.

Just check out how, instead of hanging his head, he goes beast mode and runs down the Ravens’ defensive back after throwing his one interception on the day.
